Christmas Social

On Thursday December 17th  is our last night of skating before the holidays for Groups 3 & 4.

Groups 1 & 2 (competitive speed skating) will continue to skate on Monday Dec 21.

There will be a family skate from 5:15-6:45.  All skaters must wear helmets.

We will be having refreshments after the kids have had an opportunity to skate. We are asking for your help in providing some snack items for this event.

We generally break it down into groups and feel that this works the best.

C-E           Fruit tray –small

F-I             Vegetable Tray

J                Napkins/small disposable plates (70)

T-Z            Bottles of water                 (24)

Items can be dropped off to the kitchen in the Ossekeg room, just above the arena when you arrive for skating.

Just another note regarding our upcoming Speed Skating Meet on January 23rd. We will have information and sign up for food for the official and volunteers

Thanks In advance for your help with this and wish you all a wonderful Christmas

Summer Training – June 30

We had another great night of summer training with great weather.  Tonight the athletes did an circuit with agility and core exercises followed by a bit of running.

We have secured the “Old Field” at the Hampton High School located across from the tennis courts for future training sessions.

Chandler has created  a google form for each athlete to fill in that will help him plan future training sessions.
